Hosting the 4th and final event in the Atlantic Series of Shoots September 19th and 20th, 2015

Hanscome Outdoors is pleased to host the 4th and final event in the Atlantic Series of Shoots September 19th and 20th, 2015.

This two day sporting clay shoot will be limited to the first 120 pre-registered shooters. A $50.00 deposit is required from each shooter, to confirm shoot attendance. Shoot entry fee is $60.00 + hst, per day (minus $50.00 shoot deposit). Payment terms are cash or cheque only. The shoot will consist of 100 clays on Saturday (the A course) with another 100 clays shot on Sunday (the B course).

The Sunday, September 20th scores will be submitted as the final scores of the Atlantic Series.

The course for each day will consist of 12 stations. The Sunday course stations will be presented with the shooting stands placed in an alternate location from the previous day. There will be 2 flight times available. The morning flight will start at 9:30 AM, (60 shooters maximum) and the afternoon flight will start at 1:30 PM, (60 shooters maximum). Each squad may choose their preferred flight, on a first come, first served basis, and will be assigned a starting station on the day of the shoot. If a 5 man team wishes to shoot together, this must be specified on the pre-registration application form and all 5 deposits ($250.00) must accompany the submission. All shooters not participating in a full pre-registered 5 man squad will be assigned to squads at the discretion of shoot management. 

Overnight sleeping arrangements will be provided on a first come, first served basis. There are a very limited number of on-site accommodations available. The on-site, or HOA accommodations are at a room rate of $50.00 +hst, per night, per person. These will include a hot breakfast with your room booking. (HOA accommodations are completely booked). 

A limited number of rooms for off-site accommodations will be available at the Lakeside Lodge. The number of rooms and rates will be advertised as soon as available. 

Meal tickets for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner will be available for purchase at the registration desk upon arrival at HOA.   NO alcoholic beverages are to be brought to the premises. A licensed bar will be available during non-shooting hours.

Shoot management reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this event if conditions warrant it. Shoot management may refuse any entry or cause the withdrawal of any entrant who annoys, endangers or interferes, in any way, with the harmony of the shoot. Managementís decisions are final. Only factory ammunition of shot size 7 Ĺ and smaller will be allowed. Ties will be settled with the longest consecutive run of clays broken. Thank you for your cooperation.  

All participants will be required to sign a standard waiver.  

The Gun Dealer will be on site with his trailer during the entire event.
